DR Prad has been looking after my Dad for the last 10 days, he is extremely thorough and excellent at communicating with myself, my dad has been very poorly and had only been out of hospital for a few days when he caught a lung infection and had to go back in, but im so grateful we had Dr Prad looking after him, we were updated after every test either with a call or text message. He truly is a wonderful doctor.

I have received great care from Dr. Pradeep. After a recurrence of a lung infection Dr. Pradeep organised a thorough investigation to include a ct scan and bronchoscopy and put me on another course of antibiotics. Although I am still waiting for test results I have every confidence that the problem will be resolved. He also explained everything to myself and my wife which is always reassuring. So thank you Dr. Pradeep for your care and concern. Dilwyn Evans

Dr Ragagopalan Pradeep , Has been looking after my husband for the last 10 days . He has FaceTimed me daily with updates on my husband’s diagnosis and treatments . He has also taken time to discover the route causes of his problems and hopefully we won’t have a reoccurrence now he has recommended an oxygen mask to use at home .

I was under the care of Dr Pradeep at Tunbridge Wells hospital for 2.5 weeks. My stay was made better by the fantastic care I received by Dr Pradeep who was my doctor for the duration. He is a very patient-centred doctor who took the time to listen to my quite complicated medical history and to take into account my knowledge/experience of previous illness. He was very thorough, making sure the relevant investigations were carried out and leaving no stone unturned in trying to work out what was wrong with me. Dr Pradeep went above and beyond in his care, speaking with my mum on several occasions to make sure she was up to date and giving me his personal email and phone number in case I had any questions or concerns. He also communicated with my specialists in London, updating them of the situation and seeking advice where necessary. I felt nervous coming into hospital during the pandemic due to having been shielding but Dr Pradeep made my stay so much less scary through his caring and reassuring nature. It is clear that he cares about every single patient as a person and I can only express my gratitude for the excellent care he provided me.
